If you are sure the voltage regulator inside your UFSx is correct, then you need to replace the flash folder with the one on support in HWK_SW called flash_fix.zip.
Default flash folder is x:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Flash
Alternative Install is x:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_DCTxBB5\Flash
or where you chose to install ...
