i try to explain in step
1. Download the " C139_c118.rar " from here
2. Unpack it on your HDD (f.e. "C:\C139_c118\ " )
3. Use T191 COM-DATA Cable
4. Start C:\C139_C118\READCODES_C139.BAT
5. Turn ON the C118 => you get 3 Steps in MS DOS Mode
6. Open the file "CODES.EEP" with EDITOR "C:\C139_C118\DATA\CODES.eep"
7. There you can see the 8 digit SUBSIDY CODE
(f.e. you see 5927494345911277bo => first 8 digits is the Subsidy Code )
